    Let me add to this.

    Go to your aion folder. Delete the file you are trying to download but it keeps failing. Then try to reinstall.

    ^_^ i had that Problem too.
    here's the Steps how I've Solve that error on my PC

    Try to Delete the File/s that has an error. and try to re-download the Patch file on your Client / Launcher
