Uploading Pics Error

For some reason I could never get the uploader to upload s**t into my albums. Not shur why it messing with me but anyway I have tried every way from drag and drop "when I do that it just shows the pic in a web frame" to the basic uploader. When I try the reg way it tries to upload but gives me an error

500 [IOErrorEvent type= "ioError" bubbles=false cancelable=false event=2 text= "Error #2038"]

and I made shur it was right size "under 1024x768 and under 5 meg". So any help or info would greatly be appreciated

 

the uploader doesnt work tried both the regular, basic and from web xD i never trusted the gamez uploaders anyways, even for thread posts everybody uploads to imageshack/photobucket coz it actually works
