Used IP adress...

when in fact i haven't voted for few days. how can i know that im using shared IP?

 

where do you play? if you play at home, maybe someone is ninja-ing your connection and vote for himself o.o

there is no ninja-ing. Looks like your provider is sharing one IP for all customers (either VPN or proxy) and someone who uses your provider and plays on this server wants to vote too.
Solution: go to your provider's office and ask for external (real) IP address (might apply additional fees) or change provider.

 

Or, since the game is in a crashed state, it sees your character still in game, and confused on why you would be logging in again.

i see. thanks dude. seems like many of their costumers play this server too.

 

i bet you using isp that i use too the s*****bro am i right coz sometimes it happens to me and our isp used shared ip that's why you will experience this
