Resolved Username/password listing as incorrect when correct.

As title reads. Whenever I try to log in to the launcher I get the error "Username and Password are incorrect". However I am using the same username/password that allows me to connect to the website and access the account control panel. I attempted to try changing passwords but I still get the same error on the launcher. Anyone know how to fix or if there is just a really long wait time for accounts to activate?

 

Try to check the "remember password" box just beneath where you type your logins (I don't remember the exact text). It worked for me

 

Question.
Do you only log in to one Gamez account from this PC?
A friend plays on his own, but his wife can no longer log in, such protection.
So one account on one PC.
And take into account that each incorrect login results,
in waiting time for the next attempt, about 15 minutes.

 

Checking the remember password box and installing the Visual Core package seems to have done the trick and everything is working now. Thanks everyone!
