Knowledge in Forums: For more than 10 years I am at present and still a senior moderator, a professional spam whore in a well known adult vulgar forum which has its own server with members of different ethnicity playing Americas Army, EVE, RF, Battlefield Bad Company 2 & now some plays AION.
Explain 1 Rule in Forums: Under General Rules a User may not argue with a moderator's decision publicly. Any and all complaints directed at a mod must first be sent via PM. If both cannot resolve it then both must send their positions/ stand to the forum admin who has the final say.

This is to avoid further spamming and flaming resulting to waste of time and forum space then eventually unresolve cases and unsatisfied players. Unfruitful.

Disrespect to a moderator by posting/ flaming publicly against him/ her may start a mob/ mutiny resulting to disorganization/ disarray in the forums may or may not affect the server.

In this regards infraction and ban system must be implemented to non abiding forum members/ players to maintain harmony and stability to both forum and its server.

Why Should we Choose you?: I am active and always on line regularly during my free time even at work especially in the forums. I can fill the gap of the old mods or GMs when they are not around the forums to make their work ligther.
