Valencia Siege DP Cap and Summons​

Bug Description:

Valencia Siege DP cap not applying, is bugged, or needs changing.

The AP CAP IS WORKING but the DP CAP IS NOT OR IS BUGGED.

this is causing players to be extremely tanky and un-killable in some cases.

Summons such as witch flows, Sage lasers etc were able to do full damage by passing the AP CAP.​

How to reproduce/proof:

The link below shows an entire siege in Valencia.
At 22:20 you can see the witch hitting a wizard and doing no damage at all due to DP cap not applying.


Later in the siege you can see the witch switch to awakening, which shows the summons awakening flows do full damage bypassing the ap cap.

You can also see Sage awakening Laser summons doing full damage as well during the clip bypassing AP cap.
