    Not entirely sure whether there is a bug however I am noticing a lot of incoming damage from sources such as Ranged and Magic (compared to Retail) despite having maximum Fitness Training Skill so I just wanted to know if it is bugged or not, it may be a better idea to invest the skill points in something else?

    The only way would be to test it, With someone of equal level with an ability that will have static damage. Hope this helps, you'll never know unless you test it!
