Valtaraa EXP nerfed or bugged ?​

Bug Description:

Valtaraa now gives less than half of the EXP it used to give, with all EXP buffs activated it used to get you from 61 to 63-64 now it gets me to 62.50 with all buffs activated i've seen another player report this and incase this is some kind of ninja nerf - it's pretty unfair since people have used it for months to get 66 pretty easily now people starting now are gonna struggle for that and if it's just a bug - fix please i'm stuck at 62 ;-;​

How to reproduce/proof:

Do valtaraa with all buffs activated i don't really know how else to explain it sorry if you can't figure out how much the EXP changed ask people i know i'm not the only one who reported this​

We always use drop table from retail and apply own rates on it.
