Resolved Value pack is active but merav's pallete does not work

I have value pack active for 15days but Merav's pallet was only active for 24h from first 1-day VP.

 

I bought both VP and Premium time and it still says mere is expiring in 2 days.

 

It works and should be unlimited as long as you have a VP.

I have the same problem. I have a value pack and premium, not letting me use mervs pallete.

 

Any fix for this?

 

Just wanted to ask, is this the firs time you used a value pack or so?
I had that issue when I was still new and I thought it WAS an issue.
When press J, I was just trying focused on trying to change the colors of my clothing stuff but Merv's pallete is the last option found on the right side part (not in game now so can't send a screenshot)

But when you press J, look on the lower left part of your screen.
There are 4 buttons there you can switch, the ones you own and the Merv's pallete. You would not miss it if you like to click and explore things from there.

 

I've had value packs many times before. I click on it and it literally says "You need to activate merv's pallete first". I tried restarting and force checking the files.

You should have given some more details. You got your value pack from "[Event] EU server when?!?!" challenge and it doesn't come with a merv's pallete.

Ah that explains a lot, yes it is the evenе value pack, I was misslead by the stats it shows in a panel.
No more question those, case solved
