Value pack not giving merv's pallette

    Bug Name:
    Value pack not giving merv's pallette​
    Bug Description:
    I have hover over to the value pack description and it says "Unlimited use of Merv's Pallete but didn't work that way when I go to dye section. To note: the "Unlimited beauty salon" is working but don't know why the Merv's Pallete one is not working.​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    1. Activate the value pack
    2. Go to "Dye" section
    3. Go to Merv's Pallete tab and it will prompt you to buy it    ​

    Value pack from challenge on 15d not contain merve and u canread it on bag item before activate buff, its not a bug
