Vasharti Remodel Failed -.-

The thing is people here always learn the hard way. Something happens, they have no proof, they start taking proof but it is too late, repeat with every new player. Always better to warn ahead of time so they are aware and make it more of their own responsibility. It makes the staff's job easier in the end as well. Yea I get you might not wanna say your server is bugged on the main page but it is more of a backup just in case. It is a useful habit for all private servers to have screenshots of anything valuable, not just gamez.

 

lol guys i Dont need to lie.. Come Check My info u will find that my bow is Appearnce Modified and i think a Gm would have authority to see wht skin.. Plus i Dont have any Screenshots or anything.. but i have a mail with the guardian bow sent to me from my other char Juvz .. on which the bow Droped .. Why would i wana take a Screenshot or Video if im gona Remodel and Item.. how would i knw it Would fail... plus it never said used only for 1 time apperance remodel.. i would take care if it was 1 time.. then i cant trade it anyways.. So im in a Dilemma.. U better check my Inventory.. Character Name TINGELS !..

 

The staff knows you aren't lying, that is not the issue. It is a known bug. The problem is the logs are not that easy to search and not everything shows up in the logs. It is a lot of work for the few staff members here and they generally have better things to do. That is why they try to get help from players by making them partially responsible for gathering evidence and taking care of their own stuff.

The part I never agreed with is the refusal to inform players ahead of time because yea, people never have proof the first time. They just don't expect these things to happen.

 

Im not able to see any proofs here. If you want to get your items refunded, you should show us something that prooves all your sentences.
If you are not informed about some bugs, well im sorry, but thats not our fault. this thread has no more reason to stay open.
