    Hello there,

    I thinking about add the drop of Vell's heart on a sea mob, like Hekaru ect..

    A really small drop rate can be good

    instead of doing that you can bid vell's heart from imperial auction house (i guess) its weekly and ppl buy it mostly 30 40b avg
