Vendors / NPC's missing on danaria/katalam camps?

    Why are all these camps missing their NPC's ?
    For example the Sauro Mountens camps, you cant even do 2 weeklys anymore of 1 of the camps

    and especialy the Windswept camp in katalam, i want to trade in Fragments for ceraniums , but the NPC also isnt there??

    Only important NPCs are spawned at bugged camps, you don't need Ceramium Medals because there's no use for them as all the items are locked in-game and can't be purchased from the NPC with AP + Medals

    I'll check all the camps again to see if there's any important NPC missing and fix them
