    Hello, my girlfriend and I are having trouble verifying the account by email. I tried to create an account using a different email for her and I also did not receive the confirmation email. How shall we proceed? Thank you!

    Most email providers are kind of slow... so it really depends. Sometimes it might take up to a few hours to receive that email. Make some gmail accounts, those always work.
