Very odd problem

Aion seems to patch up and work fine except that when I try to loot anything, it's a blank window. I first thought it was the new item pack but it was working like it was supposed to. I've since reinstalled from scratch 2 times so far, once with the pack and once without it. I get the same results each time. Other than not being able to loot, it works perfectly but that's a game-breaker. Any ideas?

 

i think theres quite a few loot tables they are working on fixing

 

That's understandable but it's the same for all 8 of my characters in all different locations with various mobs (over both servers). This seems more than just a few loot tables being missing. I've not seen anyone else with this problem so far, making this an even more curious problem.
