He's making money, don't hate on his hustle. Atleast there's a choice to trade ABG instead of none.

I personally hate this. Why on earth only VIP members? If anything that is causing even more imbalance and allowing those who would abuse it access to abuse it opposed to those who couldn't.

Also 15 bucks for a rental period is totally lame... and even if I only voted it'd take me a month to get 1,500 credits...

Personally this is lame, and even VIP will say that.

Thats because VIP is maybe 1% of gamezaion, so they can keep having fun trading stuff while I got hoardes of ABG / EAT stuff hanging around collecting dust.

I thought the primary goal of not making it tradable was to bypass the credit card scams... now in the end all they need to do is fake having 15 bucks more.

omg...I agree with Aegis on something. Not only does it make no sense whatsoever, it offers absolutely 0 benefits. You need to be VIP to buy and sell, meaning you can only buy and sell to other VIP, meaning they most likely already have ABG, and more than one set, if they are sinking 1500 credits a month for boosted rates.

Its another cheap way to get as much money as possible.

It was a better decision to have it trade-able in the first place. Changing it around so only VIP members can trade it is an obvious tactic to make more money. I can understand being on Carl's side, however a Mod is also supposed to be on the player's side. Shows how reliable our new staff is.

    I have a question.

Both players must have VIP so that they can trade there items or the only person who wants to:annoyed:. . . .give/sell/trade etc.. the untradable?

Plus speaking from a buisness point of view one could make significantly more money by allowing it to be tradable by everyone rather than by this "special" minority.

And I have a feeling the minority will raise, very slightly. Statistically signifigant value, yes, but that does not mean that it has any real world application.

What I mean by that is that as much as one may think this would increase donations towards that end... it will have a very small effect as those who will get VIP:

-Would have gotten it before for different reasons.

To me, throwing 15 bucks down the toilet for something that will expire (and mind you I've played here for how many months now? Since gamezaion started. So.... 1 month is awfully transient.) is awfully lame.

In the end allowing all players to trade the goods will not only boost server morale overall, but it will also increase income.

    How one will ask:
-Players trade with more players, demand for ABG increases. Mastarius quickly becomes outdated and donators who can provide the ABG/EAT sets now are very valuable to the server. Increased donations to help the influx of gear.

-Players who donate already... have absolutely no need to trade their gears. Someone fully geared out, seriously, does not give a damn about anyone else. Thus there donation rate is stunted and is unlikely to progress further.

-Also the community benifits from this as signature making (as obvious on these forums) blooms and contests arise giving out ABG gears... thus more donations.

-Happier community = more good things said about the server = influx of new players = greater chance of increased prospective donation.

Simply put... the more you can offer a player, donator or not, the more players you will get (who can prospectively donate)

Buisness is a picky *****. Give her too much and she'll take you to the cleaners, give her too little and she will walk away completely.

idk 1500 credits is $15 which isnt much. That shouldnt be problem for people. There are $10-50 prepaid credit cards you can buy.

If you're paying to play the game, you might as well play retail. There are other servers that offer free trade-able items. Why be forced to pay to effectively play a free game?
