VIP and Carl

- Version 2.1.0.x Server support (Update your Clients with Ncsoft Launcher)
- //dye player command (uses 1 bil kinah)
- fixed //gmlist command. Works and will show GM tags before names
- //playerinfo gm command now shows players membership
- VIP can now trade untradeables
- Updated zones: Poeta/Ishalgen/Eltnen/Morheim/Heiron/Beluslan/Dark Poeta are free-fly zones.
- Updated flight checks to prevent abuse in no-flight zones.
- Taloc's Hollow Entrance fix














Soo.. why cant we, VIP, members trade armfusion items?

Armsfusion has been messed up for sometime in that armsfused weapons can't be traded or even stored in the warehouse.

 

It's like that in retail, the items.pak just never fixed it.
