    how to be VIP?

    1. u need to be a premium? or you just buy directly the VIP

    2. Non VIP = VIP <----- no trade?

    3 VIP = Non VIP <----- no trade?

    4 VIP = VIP <--------- of course trade..

    Premium is not a prerequisite of VIP ~

    And VIP can give untradeable items to non VIP but it's not working vica versa .
