Solved Vorpal Tome and Orb: Phase-out?

I tried to kill isbaria and i did it, but unfortunately, there was no portal appeared. Or do i have to kill stormwing at tiamat eye?

i want to have vorpal tome and orb. shabockan tome and orb is more difficult to get.

 

Btw, the stormwing you're telling at the tiamat eye is bugged, it don't give items like the one in the beshmundir temple. I think, you're hunting for an attack speed orb/tome? You can hunt the Shabokan Tome, inside the Tiamat Stronghold or the Primal one, (forgot the place), but it has the same place to hunt with the Ancient Spirit Wings (i think LOL). Btw, those weapons are level 60 above.

The SW in beshmundir temple is bugged. I'm pretty sure you cannot enter the last stage through the portal, but even if you could, he wouldn't be there.
The only way to find Stormwing is through Tia's eye, but he doesn't have the same drops so you won't find the same items.

He isn't "bugged", he just.. has a different droplist. He mostly drops mats, designs, all that jazz.
