it happened to me like few ago

 

If you are playing on cafes, of course it causes problems because you use the same ip only but if you have your own pc at your home, i think it doesn't have problem at all like what i used to be..

 

i use my own pc at home. i play nowhere except at home. even i went to my friends house n test to vote, the vote point still the same.. i have no idea. is that bcoz of our account's problem or what?>,<
