Vote Problem

Hello

I'm kind of new around here, started playing like 3 days ago.
I logged in my account and without disconnecting from the game,
I voted on your website on the sites in the list, but the vote system
would not give me any credits.:crying:

Should I do this logged off from the game and only logged on on the website ?

you can vote either your ingame or logout,

 

If you are logged in at the same time you are voting, it will still be credited but you cannot see the credits when you are playing. You can see those credits/tolls in the website. That's what I discovered.

I voted while I was logged in.
I used the website to vote, not ingame options.

Still didn't got my credits, they do not appear
on the website, nor ingame.

 

Make sure to click on the link to go back to gamezaion website to get your credits.

 

Still not working.

Went on the website and logged in.
Pop-up appears to vote, I go to vote section.
I select first option for vote (XtremeTop100).

I go to their site, enter CAPTCHA, press button to vote.
It redirects me to a list of servers, I click on your server from the list.

Redirects me to your website, unlogged.

I login back and no credits received.

This same thing happened when I wanted to vote yesterday.

Also the timer has reseted for 666 minutes ( ^.^ ), which is just around 11 hours.
Yesterday it reseted for 574 minutes, but I could not vote after 574 minutes and
could not vote after 12 hours from the last vote and actually had to wait until a couple of
minutes from posting this reply.

 

Try to clear your cache and cookies.
Also; when it redirects you to our website but unlogged; log in and try again. This bug should only happen once.
