    Can i trade items from vote shop with other characters in game?

    If you have VIP you can trade everything. Otherwise only certain things are. (Anuhart, Manastones, enchantment stones, potions)

    Not just Anuhart all world drops are tradeable without VIP and all instance drops require VIP.

    You are able to trade the items with VIP to other people. Some other items are also restricted to that as well as others said.

    However, you ARE able to 'trade' the items on your own account to another character via the account warehouse as long as you have the item.pak for 2.7. You simply wouldn't be able to trade to other people with out the VIP account status.
