i should start a thread called "lets bully apocalyptic" and tell u to leave if u dont like it just following ur logic

people have the right to say what they think. i think a special shop loses its purpose when it becomes this frequent. and yes people r pushing for more and more holidays + now in between holidays too

 

If Carl wanted more donations, he should fix all the bugs, remove all the dupers, and FIX THE MAP TEXTURE.

And you know, a little update here and there won't hurt.

Only then will I spend real money on this game.

puhleez, limited-time items will be useless if everybody else will just be wearing them, like Vielle Pauldron Skins and whatnot.

It's like those Crocs. Everyone thinks it's stylish but it's not.

the funny thing about that is that historical trend shows otherwise. the more things go to hell, the more naive people show up encouraging people to donate more to "help the server". idk how detached from reality they r but the more he gets paid, the less he is interested in doing anything at all

his staff is unpaid, his devs r unpaid and the hardware hasnt been upgraded in months. hes basically keeping all the donations for his personal gain without reinvesting any of it

anyways gonna go sleep now, 3:15am and nobody wants me around anyways

And I bet he's the only one with access to the Master Control Panel of the server too. There are special stuck character cases like those characters stuck in instances and even head AMs can't do anything about it.

 

been here for 10 months, i see the developments around here. they do post updates about new hardware when they get any coz thats pretty much the only improvement they can show around here (since server updates just introduce more bugs) and they havent posted any for months

his staff and devs r all volunteers. u can apply too if u like, just check the applications section. none of them get paid. some just do it for colored tags and power (yeah we had power abuse in the past too)

in any case, cant get banned for saying whats true based on facts

and yes whenever things start to horribly fall apart, we get somebody making a thread bout how people should donate more to help fix the server. oh how naive and inexperienced they r. i suggest u do a little research be4 throwing money out the window

its just funny that server upgrades r a 1 time fee and only a slight portion of what he makes. still he wont do it. neither will he pay a proper dev that knows what hes doing so we r left to evilsets "lets see what happens" updates...

Hmm, kinda makes you wonder why Smartik has hung around this long if things are so bad.. all I ever see him do his bash the server and its staff.

Is there anything they do that makes you praise them except for banning players who cheat [and it's not like they do a great job anyway]?

It's fair for us to petition or criticize when the one in charge doesn't do what he's supposed to. I like the staff here, they can be annoying and very unreasonable/trollard at times, but they do want to finish their work even though they don't get paid. It all comes down to the one pulling the strings, Carl.

 

I'm not disagreeing with anything he says, but like he said... he's been here for 10 months, would of thought he would have been long gone by now.

 

He has friends that he wants to talk to here. He had invested somehow in this server.

And above all, he did say that he's only here to help newbies [and perhaps criticize staff, especially Carl, until they fix themselves.]

 

I just please ask that carl / whoever has the power (pretty sure only carl) or whoever can contact him, to please make this shop happen for those of us who cannot purchase things on major holidays because rl is more important then reaching a computer. Thanks.
