    I've Been trying to vote for about 20hrs now, and when try voting Xtreme Top 100 tells me that I can vote in 690 min, Topofgames, Top200 and the others tells me that I need to wait 700mins, My question is, Is it happening to other players or Is It a error I'm getting??

    try clearing your browsers cookies/cache or flush dns and try to vote again
    if u still cant vote after that, use other browser and try to vote
