Voting Problem.

I have registered with GamezAion website. ​

I haven't made an in game character yet. ​

I've been voting for a few weeks. I check my credits through the "Get Premium/VIP" option on the User Control Panel. I have had 110 credits for a week now.
I vote everyday, but the credits don't seem to add up. What might be the problem?

I am not willing to disclose my username in the forums. If anyone want's to help, I'll PM it to them. Any help will be appreciated.
