    I already tried doing what you said sir I do clear cache/history its still the same and I try to use another kind of browser nothing's happen again wew my problem is still not solved.:(

    this also happened to me and everyone are aware on that i tried to use both pc and phone w/ diff ip's (im the only one who plays gamez in here) and also tried cleaning cache/history but the problem still persist even though i didnt vote in the past few weeks.
    hoping it'll get fix asap!

    Yeah, before the update I can vote regularly now the site is new it gives me problem in voting I thought they fix some bugs etc.

    I'll try to use uc browser but it's the same result I'll try your suggestion.

    Thnx very much bro you are big help to my I try to use opera mini browser then I vote the result was okay thanks a lot for your options you give to me my problem has been solved :)

    Sir, you cannot vote using our (Smart, Globe, Sun) mobile data as this is shared by all Filipinos using that network, which means that if someone already voted (If they're lucky enough) using the data's IP, then you or the others won't be able to vote using the same IP again. (I know this coz I've tried many times), in which I recommend to use Wifi to vote.
