Wagons are not attackable​

Bug Description:

pls make wagons/horses attackable if someone sit on it, atm you changed it to complete unattackable.
Also the Q Charge of a horse can not anymore knock down a player.
Any enemy is 100% safe if he just sit on a wagon, theoretical, you could use this to be protected as negative karma char.

On Siege Channel you can kill everything, this work only (not) on Channels 1-4.
Btw. in the duellarena in Heidel, your wagon can also get killed ​

How to reproduce/proof:

Go on Channel 1-4 ALT+C and try to attack a level 50+ on a wagon.​
