    Thanks for posting, and It seems to me it is a common mistake. He said it because he thought you were bug abusing in deity. So technically, he was not abusing his powers.

    As I said before.. Unless he acts on banning and ap wiping you, I wouldn't called it power abusing until an action was taken.
