Warehouse bug

When i put some of my items into my wh, both account and regular wh they seem to bug out. Like one will be in the account wh and it will have some kind of left behind image of the item without manastones depending on what it is. Though the one thats left behind in my inventory doesnt work so its like my item is there but its not and it makes it very complicated for me to be able to tell whats in my inventory after putting it into my wh or not.

Not sure if its my client, itempak, or if its a server side issue please let me know so i can get this issue fixed.
