warehouse expanding cost 2b??? wtf??

Hi Starstruck ^^

In this case the cost of the warehouse expansion is shown before you accept the price so like Bella stated in her post, unless you lost your Kinah due to a bug/server crash/scammer then we will be unable to refund your kinah because you lost it due to not being careful.

All i can suggest is to be sure to read all text on the screen before ever accepting anything.

the expand cost is bugged and that its not stars fault, but bro u need to pay attenction on what u doing...

Edit: and like Sycth said, before u accept the expand it will show a box with the cost of that... So be carefull next time....

 

your fault is that you didnt read the price it will cost when you are expanding your wh everytime, and the server's(maybe the developer) fault is that they didnt fix it yet...

 

The last time i expanded my warehouse it wasn't bugged anymore.

and there's another problem.. i expand that before the last server restart.. maybe i lost it because of the crash.. plzz sir even just 4b.. i just really need it T_T i will consider my full expand cost 2b even a 4b refund sir plzzzzzzzzzzzzz im begging you

Ok this is now, so with the latest fix this would seem correct, the most i could push for is to give you 2b Kinah back due to the bug, but the other 4b we wouldnt be able to refund because you selected 'Yes' twice more even though you was informed that you had just spent 2b Kinah.

Now dont take this as a formal statement, but i am trying to push for the 2b because if the bug is as you state then it is not your fault for the first 2b.

But i am trying to confirm the existence of this specific bug and its details before i can get a full AM to respond.

Ok, if we can get proof that the price said '360m' as you clicked 'Yes' and then 2b was deducted from your inventory then we could refund your 2b but without proof then we are unable to do anything sorry

Plus i can vouch that there wasnt any bug with the 2b notice because i myself did it and the notice showed. AND wth is wrong with all those foods and candy is that even normal? Something stinks here

I dont understand why people are not talking about the 1.4m upgrade, because between the 360m and the 2b upgrades there is a new upgrade that costs 1.4m (i think its there since aion 2.0) :innocent:

I am sorry but you will need to provide a SS of the bug which would be very difficult now as we have updated.
