was hack delete earlier, any other gm who could help me?

My account was hack-deleted this morning. Asaline told me that "None, as those are the only ways for someone to actually lose an account. Or if you happen to play at a net cafe, well you could have run into a key logger. But, if your character was online then; then someone knew your info, only way to get it is to share it."

In short she is claiming that the only way for my account to be hack is for SOMEBODY to know my login which I for sure know that no body does.

Play at a Net Cafe? Really not possible, I only play at HOME in either my desktop or laptop.

Key Logger? Not really, why should I key log my own account??

I check my account via Gamezaion.com not in the actual game. I just finish voting when i noticed that I only got 440 credits where in fact its 9000+ and ITS ON VIP?! I checked my char items an majority of my eternal items are missing and one of my character is online in the process. I tried to reset my password and for no reason gamezaion.com is not doing its reset password properly and still keeps its old password.

The only person i know who knows my account earlier is a HACKER.

Please some help here... Please.

 

Considering, there are no ways to lose your account other than the aforementioned.

1) You share your account information
2) You download and attempt to use a third party program and get a keylogger
3) You give your account information to a fake website
4) You give your account information to a fake AM
5) You leave your information easily accessible for others who play to see it if you know other people who play etc.

Sadly, there is nothing we can do as there are no viable methods to be 'hacked' other than to do one of the above.
Sorry, but; thats the case.
