    Here's the fun part. I'm able to play EU server without a problem. Also, If it'd be my network. It should've been fixed by the umpteenth restart by now.

    Try restarting your modem, router, and pc. It looks like a connection issue to me. You may also want to check your ping to the server, which can largely (not completely) depend on your distance from the server location, as well as your internet connection.
