we need real punishment to ppls who break event rules

    since ppls wasnt just do event for prices, some do them for fun/AP so just DQ wasnt enought to punish them.
    its quite annoying that ppls just forcelog or use DP since they know they cant win. and wasnt really care if they get DQ, since that isnt any real punishment.
