    No, Some wepons have 5 slots, 6 slots, you cant add any slots

    yes,
    buy a abyss weapon,
    abyss is 6 slots,
    orange named boss weapon drops are 5 slots from instances,
    gold weapons are 4 slots,
    blue is 3 slot,
    green is 2 slot.
    white is 1 slot.

    Thinking better, if you make one wepon by using armfusion . If you make for an exemple One wepon with 5slots + 6slots wepon, the final result its a wepon with 11 slots. I dont advise using armfusion atm though

    some items like mast and such have a chance to get 6 slots, instead of 5.
