    Hi GMs, I bought a sidekick 10 hours ago with the character name or either Lucida or Lucidus. One of the GM told me to wait 10mins, but till now it havent arrive yet.. and so how do I prevent purchasing delay in webshop like this 1? Shud i log off bfr buying things from webshop? O:

    Logging off is not needed. Are you sure you have purchased the item on the right character and your inbox was not full? Have you checked your other toons?
    Did it deduct the credits from your account?

    kindly double check your credits if the purchase you have has been deducted and also check your toons, you might have chosen other characters when hitting purchase
