Solved Webshop Purchase

So about 20 mins ago I purchased the skin "Uptown Apparel" and i've relogged about 3times.. usually when I purchase something I instantly get it via mail but this time I haven't seem to yet recieve it and i'm just wonder what's going on. I checked my inventory as well, not on full inventory searched charactor inventory through Website also not there.

 

Did you stay logged on the character you purchased it on? It usually takes 5-10 minutes, sometimes more depending on the order.

 

Nope, like i said I relogged 3 times and it's been about 20 mins and still haven't recieved any notification.

 

Nvm huge delay much, just recieved it you can close this thread now problem is no longer an issue.

 

As already mentioned, the express mail you get from gamez when you get sent certain event rewards or when you purchase items will get sent to you while you're online.

That's why let's say if you purchase something, log off, and stay away for like.. 3 days, your item will not get expressed to you until some time after you login (I'm 95% sure about that, correct me if I'm wrong). It has happened to me many times to be away for a couple days and not receive mail, and a while after I login the items get expressed to me ^_^ Seems like a coincidence but it's really the fact that it gets sent while you're online
