Solved webshop

the problem is when i try to use webshop. it tells me to select my character before. since i play on lumiel i obviously click on my character and it just refreshes the screen. and when i clikc my char on siel, it goes straight to webshop.
whats going on? is it my end or your end?

Lumiel webshop can't open for not just you.
In order to buy something, you'll need to do that through a private message to any of the HGM's or @Puddles .

It's something that the senior management are aware of and are in want to resolve as soon as possible.
Send your PM Puddles and she will process your request that way for now.
