Install Problem website email bug/account issue

So I haven't played this game in yeeeeeeears and I made a new account since I forgot the old one but when I used my email (that uses a - in it) it tells me that the email registered (but without the - ). So not only did I not get an email to confirm the account I even checked if it was a human error but it tells me that the email is in use (again without the - when I clearly put a - in it to be sure).

On top of that, game tell me the username doesn't exist. Maybe because of the confirmation? I tried to do a downgrade of my NC client but that probably failed. Every single torrent link on this site doesn't work anymore because my torrent tells me the extensions don't work anymore.
