[Website Problem]Can't Change Password

    hello and god day everyone.
    i want to change my account password, i log in to the web and clicked at the change password link, i got the confirmation link by mail.. but when i clicked at it.. it shows the gamez aion website.. i log my new password, and it says my ID or Password is non valid, then i try my old password, and it work.. so how to fix this problem? i need to change my password,

    really? I dont seem to be having problem with it, well actually I cant remember I got any mail, this could be just nonsense but what about try not clicking the link in your mail, just try logging with new password. No idea if thats gonna work, but well I think you could try :eek:
