Website sub categories show all the time​

Bug Description:

The website's subcategories show all the time. They do not disappear like they're supposed to. In FireFox and Chrome, the links are always there. In iExplorer the links are hidden behind a black bar that reappears and disappears (as it should).​

Uh. Figured out this isn't a bug, per say. It is just an issue with browser security settings. Can delete this post if you want.
