Weird Circle Map

At random times everything will disappear from my screen an only pop up a small circle map on the screen. When i Click ctrl it goes back to normal but when i move ( W S A D) it goes back to the same screen. I have gone into settings and looked at my settings and nothing is out of the ordinary. I Have to disconnect and a restart game and it fix's it sometimes. Today I had to restart 4 times. How do I fix this?

 

Is that "activate combat mode" in UI setting??
