Solved Weird issue

    Hi all,
    this morning my laptop has crashed (probably due to excessive temperature) when I was logged in on my Account n° 2. Since, I can log account 1 & 3 but not my account 2 even on diffrent computer.

    When I login in account 2, I access the user agreement page but after no characters appear as u can see on the pic below.

    Any idea what I should do ?

    Tell us one of your characters' name. Sounds like your account has got stuck when your laptop crashed.

    Thy to both of you for your awsers.
    The char who was online when the laptop crashed was Elendae - templar on Siel server.
    For my part, i'll retstart my router.
