Weird Lag

I haven't tried it anywhere else, but I'm doing some grinding in Weeping Valley in Iggnison and for some reason after my spell cast finishes, there's a pause before the cast actually finishes and does anything.

I'm talking to my buddy and he says he's not getting that. Already tried relogged and rebooting Aion. Gonna try it on another character to see if it's any better.

edit - I should note that looting, flying, and talking to NPCs is just fine.

edit2 - Casting anything does it. Precision Cut on the glad causes it to happen, but all of the instants work ok. The instants on the sorc are fine, too.

edit3 - Weirdness in action. There's a 5 second cooldown on screenshots.

edit4 - Did a bit more experimenting. Even though instants come out and do damage right away, the mobs that I hit with them, don't react immediately. I hit a grim puca with frost and it just stood there for a little for a few seconds before it started running at me.
