Weird Problem with windows 10

    Hi Community,

    after a few Months i wanted to Play Gamez again, but i get these weird Problem

    i tryied to reinstall, but it doesnt worked.
    So i tryed to reinstall with the Launcher, and get this one :

    can someone tell, what is going on here? ^^
