What are some good silver spots per hour

Uhh.. Depends. You see, many things are being done not because of the silver, but because of the items you obtain. They are just more valuable. If you wanna get silver do anything and sell what you get. Generally speaking does anything reward you. Kill any mob, train any skill.

As for grinding mobs it's often the best way to find the spot with the most highest level enemy you can kill efficiently, which also has a great density of them. I would recommend your AP -20. Check the map for a location of such enemies. Your money will then come from black stones, special drops and scrolls.
