what do the cost of vote exploit?

i thought i explained it clearly enough. u can vote safely as long as u stop trying to change ur IP through hotspot shield (unless you are all organized). there is a system that can let all of u vote if u all follow the rules

1. assign each person to 1 pc
2. make sure no 2 people will ever vote from the same pc within 12 hours (if u can do this)
3. change IP using a proxy or hotspot shield on all the pcs
4. vote without risking a ban

its only against the rules to vote more accounts from a single pc in less than 12 hours, thats why changing IPs on a single pc and continuously voting gets u banned, the cookie left on the PC checks for this. you are however allowed to vote once from every pc (no matter what IP u give it) every 12 hours. this is the way to do it

for step #2, the easiest way is to create a file on the PC where everybody stores the last time they voted, if its been 12 hours (better to wait a bit longer), its safe to vote again (even using hotspot shield)

nice either way theres a legit way for them to vote from net cafes but yea, unless they are organized and all follow the system, they will just get each other banned

 

ok lng nman cguro basta nde different account ang magvote after mag change ip nung isa..

yan lng nman gnagawa nmin dito sa cebu so far no ban..

yung mga taong nag mu multivote (using proxy's) nahuhuli tlaga.

and wala nman magagawa c carl dyan, alangan naman mag excemption sya for people like us.

 

It's the same case in my village "town" in Bulgaria. I sortof bring my laptop there (without internet) and don't go out at all because there are like tons of people that'd rob ya on the street ._.

 

if u have ur own laptop, theres an even easier way. u know the last time you voted, so if u know its been more than 12 hours u can change ur IP and vote from anywhere safely. the cookie on ur pc only cares about the time gap, not the IP u vote from

 

now i get it.....the cookies where the only one who have the remote.. my friend cant vote and i restarted the pc... after the pc restart my friend can vote.. so i get it' if your computer have deepfreeze the cookies will be restarted,,,,,,, so cookies gone tnx Smartik1...

 

err, nothing happens to the cookie when u restart. but since u guys r using hotspot shield at a net cafe, chances r it was running and the IP it was connected to was voted on already, after restart its either not connected or connected to a different IP, thats why he could vote

 

Either way, smells like trouble to me.

 

people r naturally greedy some1 is gonna try vote more than once and get the rest of them banned xD

 

perma ban, and i suppose your a filipino, almost all filipinos play on cafes like me. Good for me i have my own PC but sometimes i go to cafes for some gaming reasons or use video chat, dont have cam at home. >.>

 

o.o why not buy a webcam? (seriously u can get 1 for like $5)

no.1 and no.2 are impossible,
first, hundreds of people are playing in the cafe for there own purposes, and the no. of PCs are quite small so you can't just assign on person to sit on that PC and play, if one PC malfunctioned and needs repair the player assigned to that PC can't play. We play on random PCs, by the time somebody's time is up, it is the time for our butts to be stickied on the chairs.

second, still can't it is just that some people are too greedy and do have little patience, they can't just wait for the next 12hours just to vote, they will find a way to vote even if it risks their acc ofc not if theyre using the hotspot shield w/e. this is the sad truth bout filipino cafes

lol every1 crying and thinking what they can do and what they cant. If u are like thouse stupid kids who want to CHEAT just to say that ur the best like u see TONS of players doing it every day.
solution:
1- after u vote, clean all ur cookies with special programs.
2- play/vote with proxys
3- safe play, NEVER play from ur OWN IP.
4- cheat how much u want little kids.
5- Maybe there will be a server WIPE XD

This what i wrote is known by every1 who already plays online games. So what kinda of stupid advices and stupid excuses bäähmm im playing on a CAFE or, me and my brother play same pc......

U guys just want to know how CARL can see if ur cheating or not, so that u can feel secure.

And NO i dont have any interest in cheating or multi vote, since i play this server just when my friend is ON to have a bit of PVP fun in all the zerging out there.

 

Where what you do, make 1000 accounts, then you will use proxy and vote with all the accounts. When your done send all the credits to main account. step 3 wait for ban becasue gm will know anyway

 

All that troubble for a game? seriously its not end of the world if you dont vote, safe up money buy ur own pc and vote from home thats safest way =)

if i was that poor, i save up everything and work my a*s off till i can afford for something...

you guys should not play at all if your that poor, you are just wasting your money or probably your parents money to play?

play something that you won't be spending at all. when i was a kid, i don't have computer/gameboy and what not, i have a bat, a ball and play with other real children. lol. why don't you guys do that?
