What happened to my vip/premium?

    I purchased a premium account, and than upgraded to VIp i believe my Vip must have just ran out. So i go online to see what happened, and it looks like my premium is off as well because it's asking me do i want to purchase premium. I was under the impression premium was forever? Also i was wondering is any gm online atm on siel i needed a word.
