    it's a pvp buff given to factions that have less than 15% influence.

    In this case, it looks like a visual bug =)

    Yes it is a visual bug, it happen's on battlegrounds so u get that visual bug ^^
    Cuz ur game thinks he is an Asmo when he isn't so it makes it look like he has pvp buff.
