    Download and install Teamviewer, lets see what folder the error occured. Mostly its from the data or bin32 or L10N. Pm me when you have teamviewer. You can download it via Teamviewer.com

    No, because you'll need the NClauncher to do that, and Aion NA is at 4.9. Would completely ruin his game version and make it useless for Gamez.

    Just a side note: If you installed that "Smarter password" thing, you need to get rid of it. I'm fairly confident that program is actually a keylogger, and you do not want one of those playing around in your computer.
