it's Weekly Shop Buying time but this happens......help plss

 

hi there Buddy, it was already noted, something's broken, we all are can't connect to the Gamez website as well as the in-game.

Please be patient whilel the staffs are doing everything to fix these things.

In regards to the special shop which I assume this post is mainly about.

It is supposed to refresh itself at 12:00 EST.
It is currently 9:30pm EST (2:30am GMT).

The web-shop may or may not be delayed due to the issues with the web-site today as some timers may have been set off kilter for the automated systems.
There is nothing that I am able to do about that, and I am sorry. Lautaro and Carl both know about the issues today (which is why the site and servers are running! Yay!)
But, the automated features such as Lottery, Weekly Special Shop, and I would assume OTE are probably messed up currently.

Don't worry, though they will be resolved as soon as humanly possible for them to be.
We'll update you on the official threads for those features when we have more concrete information for you.
